Questions brides ask us

My wedding was weeks ago and the flowers are dried out. Too late?
Not at all — dried, wilted, even fridge-kept flowers all work. We restore the colour by hand before setting them. Most of our couples send flowers that are 2–6 weeks old.
How do I send my varmala? Is it safe?
We arrange insured doorstep pickup anywhere in India. If you can, let flowers dry naturally for 8–10 days and wrap them in cotton cloth or paper (never plastic/newspaper). Full instructions come on WhatsApp after you reserve.
How much does it cost?
Resin keepsakes start around ₹2,999; teakwood frames from ₹3,000 up to ₹24,000 for the 36×36; the full-varmala teakwood is ₹15,000. Every price is all-inclusive — see all prices here. Minis (keyrings, pendants, earrings) start at ₹349.
What does the ₹200 reservation do?
It books your place in the studio queue (slots are limited in wedding season) and covers your doorstep pickup — we arrange the courier that collects your flowers from anywhere in India. It's a flat pickup-service charge, separate from your keepsake's price. You pick the exact keepsake after your flowers reach us.
How long does it take?
4–8 weeks from the day your flowers reach the studio. Every petal is placed by hand — we send progress updates so you're never wondering.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Yours will be similar but never identical — it's made from your own flowers, so slight variation is natural. That's the charm: nobody else on earth has your piece.
Do you do South Indian garlands?
Yes! Jasmine, rose, tulsi malas — we work with all of them, and we pick up from every state.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because every piece is custom-made from your own flowers, orders can't be cancelled once production begins — full details in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I care for my keepsake?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe with a dry, soft cloth. No water or sprays. It's sealed to last a lifetime.
